• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes
• We do not guarantee profits or protection against losses

• The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GetzyForex and its licensors.
• All trading algorithms and AI models are proprietary
• Content may not be reproduced without permission
• Trademarks and logos are protected

In no event shall GetzyForex, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

New users receive a free trial period with limited access to signals and features.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are provided within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the service.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
